The “Protecting Your Data: Keeping Your Business Data Safe in a Digital World” workshop will take place on Wednesday 14 October, from 9.30am to 12.30pm, at The Moat House Hotel, Acton Trussell.
Designed with small and medium-sized businesses in mind, the workshop will provide practical guidance on understanding cyber risks, protecting business data and building stronger cyber resilience.
During the workshop, attendees will learn how to:
- Understand the biggest cyber threats facing SMEs
- Recognise the financial and reputational impact of cyber incidents
- Take practical steps to protect business data
- Understand the role employees play in maintaining good cyber security
- Learn how Cyber Essentials can demonstrate good cyber governance
- Identify local support available through SYTECH and the West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre
