Crown – v – Akram, Woodier, Bugg & others

2009 Middlesbrough, Teesside

Taxi driver Mohammed Akram was charged with Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice and faced prosecution allegations that he had provided Woodier with a false alibi. Sytech provided expert Cell-Site evidence that supported Mr Akram’s account of his movements in the period preceding the fatal traffic accident.
This led to the successful acquittal of the defendant.
